1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to F2FTrade. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the F2FTrade platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

F2FTrade is a platform designed to help users find verified cryptocurrency sellers in their local area for face-to-face transactions. Our Service provides:

A location-based search system to find cryptocurrency listings in your area
Wallet verification for sellers to confirm the existence of cryptocurrency assets
User ratings for relevance and security

IMPORTANT: F2FTrade is ONLY a discovery and communication platform. We do not process, facilitate, or participate in any cryptocurrency transactions between users. All transactions occur outside of our platform and are solely the responsibility of the participating users.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that any information you provide is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if you have violated these Terms.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years old
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
You are not prohibited from using cryptocurrency under the laws of your jurisdiction

5. User Conduct

When using our Service, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Use the Service for illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud
Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
Impersonate another person or entity
Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
Share personal contact information of other users without consent
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service or servers

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against violations of these Terms, including terminating your account and reporting illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.

6. Listings and Transactions

When creating a listing or engaging in transactions through our platform, you agree to the following:

All information in your listings must be accurate and truthful
You must have ownership or legal right to sell the cryptocurrency you list
You are solely responsible for setting your own prices and terms
You are solely responsible for meeting with buyers or sellers in person and conducting transactions
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: F2FTrade is not a party to any transactions between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any cryptocurrency or fiat currency exchanged between users. All transactions are conducted at your own risk. We strongly advise users to exercise caution and conduct due diligence before engaging in any transaction.

7. Wallet Verification

Our platform offers wallet verification for sellers of Ethereum and Solana cryptocurrencies. By using this feature:

You authorize us to verify your public wallet address and balance
You understand that verification only confirms the existence of assets at a specific point in time
You acknowledge that wallet verification does not guarantee future availability of assets

We do not store or control your private keys, recovery phrases, or other sensitive wallet information.

8. Fees and Payment

F2FTrade offers both free and premium services:

Free Tier: Includes basic functionality with limitations (1 active listing, basic filters, 5 chats/month)
Pro Tier (₹119/month): Includes additional features (unlimited listings, advanced filters, "Featured" badge, etc.)

We reserve the right to change our fee structure at any time by posting the changes on our platform. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new fees.

9. Safety Recommendations

While we cannot guarantee the safety of face-to-face transactions, we strongly recommend:

Meeting in public, well-lit locations with security cameras and other people present
Bringing a trusted friend or family member to meetings when possible
Verifying the identity of the other party before completing transactions
Being aware of your surroundings during meetings
Using cryptocurrency wallets with multi-factor authentication
Verifying transaction details carefully before confirming

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by F2FTrade and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material on our Service without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, F2FTrade and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account
Any losses resulting from transactions between users, including fraud, misrepresentation, or disputes
Any personal harm, property damage, or financial loss resulting from face-to-face meetings
Any cryptocurrency losses due to wallet errors, blockchain issues, or market volatility

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless F2FTrade and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
Your conduct in connection with the Service

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
